Maximum motorcycle warranty coverage available
This chart shows the maximum coverage available with a Honda motorcycle warranty. A two-year warranty is standard for your new Honda motorcycle or scooter. For the VFR1200 series, you'll get a three-year warranty from the date of registration. Honda bikes between 5-15 years and under 60,000 miles or 15-20 years and under 40,000 miles qualify for listed component cover with a $3,000 claims limit.
HondaCare extended service plans
HondaCare offers extended service plans that can provide you with peace of mind and protection for your motorcycle. These plans can cover a variety of components and services, and they can be tailored to your individual needs. The following activities will void HondaCare coverage of the vehicle:
- Using off-spec supplies and parts
- Installing a header or performance tune
- Changing the exhaust
